Recipe

Choose yoghurt

Use any yoghurt you like. We recommend Greek yoghurt or a thick and creamy option as these provide extra protein and calories.

Mix supplement

Use a bowl to mix the supplement powder into the yoghurt. You can use the different flavours in the range to vary the taste. Mix it well so no lumps are formed.

Pour

Put your chosen fruit in a bowl. Pour the yoghurt mousse on top of the fruit.

Chill it

Chill it in the fridge for 15 minutes, allowing the yoghurt to set into a smooth, mousse-like consistency.

Adaptive equipment used in this video

Non-slip mat

The non-slip grip makes it easier to mix because the bowl doesn't slip around.
