Ingredients

180ml whole milk

2 heaped tsp skimmed milk powder

5 heaped tsp milkshake powder (eg. Nesquik)

Recipe

Mix the powders

Mix the skimmed milk powder and the milkshake powder.

Adaptive equipment used in this video

Non-slip mat

The non-slip grip makes it easier to mix because the glass doesn't slip around.

Angled measuring jug

Beneficial for people with decreased hand stability or grip strength, since you can read the measurements by looking straight down while pouring.
