Thank you to everyone who made our Open Gardens and Gift Fair at Hammerson House such a joyful day to remember. From the fantastic prizes donated for our raffle, to the musical performances, arts & crafts stations, face painting and candy floss, it was a true community event with so many of our Families, Friends and Supporters coming together and making memories.
