We are thrilled to announce that our Clinical Psychology Team has been selected as a finalist at the prestigious National Dementia in Care Awards 2024. This recognition highlights our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional care to those living with dementia.
At Nightingale Hammerson, our approach is rooted in understanding and compassion. Our in-house psychological support for Residents, their Families, and our dedicated Team allows us to respond to changes and triggers quickly and effectively. By prioritising love, kindness, and compassion, we strive to enhance the quality of life for all our Residents. We are equally delighted to announce that Arielle Rostant, our remarkable Engagement Lead on our Dementia Households, has been selected as a finalist at the National Dementia in Care Awards 2024. Arielle’s dedication and vibrant energy bring love, joy, and happiness to our Residents every day. Her ability to light up every room reflects the core values of Nightingale Hammerson.
Arielle’s commitment to our Residents does not go unnoticed. A family friend visiting Hammerson House recently shared, “I couldn’t take my eyes off the care team member and how well she was caring for the Resident. Everyone deserves to be cared for like that”.
We are thrilled to share that one of our Residents has been selected as a finalist in the Dementia’s Unsung Hero category at the National Dementia in Care Awards 2024. This incredible person has transformed the lives of her friends and peers with her kindness, compassion and companionship for those living with Dementia in one of our Households. We believe this is the first time a care home Resident has been selected as a finalist in a Care Award and we think they are incredible and can’t wait to see if they win!
