We work side by side with all our Internal Teams: Care, Household, Housekeeping, Engagement and Maintenance Teams. We are responsible for working with the Senior Leadership Teams and the Fees’ Committee.
We manage enquiries via phone, email and website. The Team arrange an individual tour for each prospective Resident, introducing them to our Homes, showing available rooms, the café, gardens, communal areas and the Therapy suite.
Once application forms are returned, a GP summary is sent to the Team for assessment. An assessment date is agreed, and Residents’ Services arrange the appointment.
We receive the outcome of the assessment, review the rooms available and discuss suitability with the Therapy Team. As soon as a room and admission date are agreed, we liaise with housekeeping and maintenance and ensure the room is ready for the Resident’s arrival.
Admission day can be very stressful and challenging for our new Residents. We greet our Residents personally and help them settle into their room and deal with last minute amendments. We are available for all our Residents, at all times.
