After graduating from university, I worked in HR in a variety of different sectors, including Local Authorities, the private sector and not-for-profit organisations.
What first impressed me about Nightingale Hammerson, is the way the charity supports its employees and their families, making the work life balance much more manageable. This ties in with my fundamental belief in how an organisation should be run. Nightingale Hammerson is a value-led charity and strives to instil a set of values within all the people who work there. The aim is to support them in the best possible way so that these values will reflect in the care they give our Residents.
Working in a Jewish organisation is a new chapter for me, and I am excited to learn more about the Jewish way of life and support our Jewish Residents and Staff. My aim is to create a culture where our Care Teams feel trusted, valued and supported in their roles. I want them to arrive at work happy and willing to do their best in an environment where they can flourish.
