We’re thrilled to share our successes from The Great British Care Awards at the Hilton Bankside last week; an inspiring evening celebrating excellence across the care sector.
Nightingale Hammerson won the Palliative Care/End of Life Award, recognising the outstanding dedication of our Palliative Care Lead, Daisy. We were also named Care Employer of the Year for the second year running, a testament to the supportive culture across our organisation and received a Highly Commended for the Care Home Team Award.
In addition, we were finalists in multiple categories, including Co-Production, Frontline Leader, Three Rs, Care Assessor/Care Planner, Dementia Carer, Activity Co-ordinator, Care Home Co-ordinator 2025, Social Care Nurse and Outstanding Contribution to Social Care.
These achievements reflect the compassion, professionalism, and commitment our teams show every day. Huge congratulations to everyone involved, and thank you to our teams, volunteers, Residents and families for making our community so special.
