As regional winners of The Care Home Employer Award (Nightingale Hammerson) and The Palliative and End of Life Care Award (Daisy Grace Pillora), Fatima and Daisy were delighted to represent Nightingale Hammerson at the National Finals of the Great British Care Awards held at the ICC Birmingham in February.
The Great British Care Awards celebrate excellence and outstanding achievement across the health and social care sector throughout the UK. After attending the regional awards last November, where we were thrilled to win, this time we were competing on the national stage alongside regional winners from across the country.
While we did not take home a national award, reaching the National Finals is a tremendous achievement in itself. To be recognised among the very best in the country is something we are extremely proud of.
This recognition reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our whole team, who go above and beyond every single day to support our Residents and their families. Thank you to everyone who makes Nightingale Hammerson such a special place to live and work.
