Nightingale Hammerson Community Hub event, in partnership with Wandsworth Borough Council, invites you to join us for a special gathering to mark Holocaust Memorial Day.
This afternoon of remembrance will bring our community together to reflect on the lives and stories of those affected by the Holocaust and to remember the importance of standing together against hatred and prejudice.
We are honoured to welcome Bernice Graham, who will share the story of her father, a Holocaust Auschwitz survivor. Through her presentation, Bernice will tell his personal story and help us understand the experiences of those who survived one of the darkest periods in history.
The Wimbledon Synagogue Choir will perform as part of the afternoon, offering music as a moment of reflection, connection and hope.
We will also come together to light candles in remembrance, honouring those whose lives were lost and remembering the survivors whose stories continue to be passed down through generations.
Please join us for this meaningful afternoon of remembrance, reflection and community.
Free entry but booking is required.
