We are delighted to share that our Chief Executive, Jenny Pattinson, has been named in the Radar Healthcare Care Home Professional Power List 2026, recognising 30 leaders who are helping to shape the future of social care across the UK.
This recognition comes at an important time for the sector. As the Government brings forward Baroness Casey’s independent review of adult social care and begins a national conversation on the future of care, there is a renewed opportunity to create lasting, meaningful change for the people who draw on care and support, as well as those who provide it.
Jenny has been a strong advocate for high-quality, person-centred care throughout these discussions. Having attended the Prime Minister’s address on the future of adult social care alongside ministers, policymakers and sector leaders, she continues to champion a vision for a system that builds on the excellence already being delivered across organisations such as Nightingale Hammerson.
“Our Residents already experience the kind of compassionate, person-centred and joined-up care that the future of social care should be built upon,” says Jenny. “Now we need a system that truly values its workforce, supports providers to thrive and ensures more people can benefit from outstanding care.”
