Household Lead – Residential
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Care this exciting opportunity will be responsible for, and will provide leadership in a residential household in Hammerson House. The ability to supervise and support care staff in all people management duties whilst striving to maintain the Residents First ethos and exemplary standards of care at all times is essential. Salary: £37,500 pa Closing date: Until filled, early applications encouraged.
This is a part time position working 20 hours a week and will report to the Director of Operations. The post holder will conduct all Sabbath & festival services in line with residents’ abilities, be responsible for pastoral and religious needs of residents and engage with all streams within the Jewish community with equal respect. Closing date: 9th April 2021, early applications encouraged.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our wider Activities team supporting our residents with tailored and integrated engagement programmes. This position will be based primarily Hammerson House. Salary: £24,480.00 pa Closing date: until filled and early applications encouraged.
