Full Time / Part Time and Bank

Salary: Basic £16,871.48 – £17,551.22 per annum (excluding supplements) Salary dependent on experience.
Hours: Full Time – 37.5 per week (Rota basis)

Working as a Healthcare Assistant is a rewarding and satisfying job, interacting with our residents on a daily basis and providing the highest standards of person centred care.

You will participate as a member of the care team in providing an efficient and professional service to the residents; ensuring the best possible standard of care at all times.

This will involve undertaking a range of nursing duties, after suitable training and supervision, including;

  • helping residents to get up from & return to bed,
  • assisting with dressing & personal hygiene
  • serving meals and assisting with feeding where necessary
  • assisting residents to walk around the home and participate in activities and events that are taking place.

In addition, you will help to maintain the dignity, privacy, individuality, rights and choices of each resident in everything you do.
